ECRH ASSISTS VETERANS MANAGE THEIR HEALTH CONDITIONS BY:
- Conducting a detailed assessment and movement analysis and then providing an individualised exercise program to improve or manage their health conditions.
- Providing exercise sessions in our Warners Bay clinic. This can be individual or a group environment, depending on their needs.
- Ongoing education to give veterans with the skills to independently manage their health conditions through exercise, activity and lifestyle modification.
- Supervised exercise physiology sessions to ensure the correct training and technique which helps our clients to achieve great results.
To claim services through the Department of Veteran Affairs, a D904 referral form from your GP/specialist is required. Veterans with a Gold Card have access to supported health care, including Exercise Physiology sessions.

MOVEMENT, EDUCATION, TRAINING & RESULTS
Exercise Physiology services include the delivery of clinical exercise intervention to manage chronic disease and the provision of post-acute exercise rehabilitation for people recovering from major injury or illness.
Exercise Physiology treatment contributes to the management of:
- Age-Related Conditions such as sarcopenia and dynapenia.
- Chronic Pain
- Anxiety, Depression and PTSD
- Weight Management and metabolic health.
- Falls Prevention through strength training and education.
- Cardiovascular Disease
- Respiratory Diseases such as Emphysema and COPD
- Osteoporosis and Arthritis.
- Mobility and range of motion exercises and training.
