Workers Compensation – WorkCover NSW

ECRH have SIRA (State Insurance Regulatory Association) Accredited Exercise Physiologists which allow us to treat clients under NSW Workers Compensation and CTP insurance.

ECRH understands the challenges and frustrations that recovering from an injury sustained at work, or in a motor vehicle accident can have on an injured person. It is a long and challenging process and you need support in your corner.

Our team has extensive experience in supporting patients in the Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and Hunter areas, through insurance claims.

 A full assessment will be conducted by one of our AEP’s and then approval is required prior to treatment starting.

​We ensure that our clients reach their desired outcomes through using evidence-based exercise rehabilitation and therapy strategies to restore functional capacity and build self-efficacy while recovering.

​We regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure there is a SMART and holistic plan in place for all parties, and provide detailed care of injured workers during their recovery.

We do this by:

• Regular contact with the workers in rehabilitation exercise sessions.
• Regular contact and discussion with their case manager and other

stakeholders involved in their rehabilitation.

• Regular and effective Case conferencing to provide updates on treatment and update their certificate of capacity.
