Our Exercise Physiologists offer a range of services for our clients including:
- One-on-one supervised sessions within our private exercise clinic gym in Warners Bay.
- Small Group Training: is available at our Warners Bay clinic to clients who have started with one on one, and are after more support.
- Home visits in Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.
